We work in partnership with our brands to ensure the latest products are offered and shipped directly to you from each vendor's warehouse. Orders are sent and processed typically within 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been processed.
Should you need to return or exchange your item(s), your package will arrive with instructions detailing each brand's return policy and processing.
If return instructions are not provided for some reason, please contact us and we will reach out to the vendor on your behalf. Please provide the following details:
- Name, order number, styles ordered, reason for return, photo and description of any product damage
As a general rule, we recommend that you do not wear scented products or deodorant when trying your items on as this may make the items non-returnable. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached, unwashed and unworn.
